Samkhya karika 72 talks about how the Sasthi tantra topics are explained in seventy karikas which comprise the basic Samkhya philosophy. The karikas are direct ans imple to understand. These verses do not use any stories to explain themselves.
Samkhya Karika 71 talks about the author and the style of writing in Samkhya Philosophy. It was written by Ishvara Krsna who did a exellent job of incorporating the demands of th changing times, still maintaing the original essence of the teachings.
Samkhya karika 70 is like a aknowledgement page of Samkhya Philosophy. It enlists the gurus who propounded it for the benefit of posterity. Sage Kapila taught it to Asuri who in turn revealed it to Panchashikha.
Samkhya karika 69 talks about how the secret knowledge, the wisdom of the 25 tattvas, was revealed by sage Kapila for the purpose of the Purusha. This knowledge is termed as secret because it is not easy for an odinary being to comprehend the same unless with a proper faith and inclination towards thsi wisdom.
Samkhya Karika 68 talks about how when all the samkskaras are exhausted the Purusha and Prakriti separate from each other. Purusha (spirit) becomes independent of Prakriti (body) to achive its alone-ness also known as Kaivalya state.
Samkhya Karika 67 explains what happens after Prakriti has released itself. The being still remains alive a some samskaras are still remning to be deleted. Once this is achieved the being stands liberated within its life time.
Samkhya karika 66 explains the state of Purusha and PRakriti after Prakriti has attained its freedom. All aspects of Prakriti have been seen by Purusha and Prakriti has exhibited what ever it had to show. That is why there remains no desire for any further evolution in Prakriti.

Samkhya karika 64 explains thenature of knowledge or wisdom one must attain in order to free oneself (prakriti) from the bindings with Purusha. Pure and faultless wisdom is knowing the 25 Tattvas.
Samkhya Karika 63 explaind the seven bhavas or forms of Buddhi that keep Prakrit (body) bound to its existence and how one of them (eigth one) if utilized properly can help unbind it forever.
