The videos of the Yoga techniques presented here are available on our video channel, and with the respective articles on this website. The techniques are presented in a detailed step by step logical flow in order to make it simple and easy to understand. We use the same sequence for teaching yoga at our yoga sessions at clients place as well as for our corporate sessions on stress relief.

It is important to understand the meaning of a yoga pose, along with the guidelines for practicing the same before one attempts these Yoga techniques.  Our instructions on these techniques are also in tune with the principles of easy comprehension and their suitability to the client's abilities.
