The yoga techniques, the links of which are presented on this page have been perfected and customized out of our experience with our clients from our yoga classes.  Almost every aspect of the Patanjali yoga asanas, pranayama, kriyas,  and Patanjali yoga mudras, and the bandhas has been incorporated in each of the respective articles.

The videos of the Yoga techniques presented here are available on our video channel, and with the respective articles on this website. The techniques are presented in a detailed step by step logical flow in order to make it simple and easy to understand. We use the same sequence for teaching yoga at our yoga sessions at clients place as well as for our corporate sessions on stress relief.

It is important to understand the meaning of a yoga pose, along with the guidelines for practicing the same before one attempts these Yoga techniques.  Our instructions on these techniques are also in tune with the principles of easy comprehension and their suitability to the client’s abilities.
